Privacy Policy

Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, the Interface reads your public address in order to show balances, positions, and your own trades. Your address and every transaction you sign are public blockchain data — we neither create nor control that, and it cannot be deleted.

Content you submit. Token names, tickers, descriptions, images, and social links you upload when launching or editing a coin. These are stored on object storage and served publicly, by design.

Referral links. If you arrive through a referral link, the referral code is stored in your browser and, on your first trade, an association between your address and the referrer's address is recorded so rewards can be attributed.

Browser storage. Local storage holds your preferences (such as light or dark theme), any limit orders you have placed through the Interface, and your acceptance of these documents. This never leaves your device unless stated otherwise here.

Technical logs. Our servers and providers record standard request data — IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the path requested — to keep the service running and to defend against abuse.

• No account, name, email, or phone number is required to use the Interface.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
• We never ask for, receive, or store your private keys or seed phrase. No one who does is us.

• To operate the Interface and show you accurate, personalised state (your balances, your orders, your rewards).
• To attribute referral rewards correctly.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and debug faults.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply to us.

Where data protection law applies, our lawful bases are performance of the contract between us (these terms), our legitimate interests in running and securing the Interface, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Interface relies on third parties who process some of this data on our behalf or in their own right: wallet and embedded-wallet providers (for login and signing), RPC and indexing providers (which see your IP and the requests your browser makes), object storage providers (which hold uploaded images and metadata), and hosting and network providers. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data.

Anything you publish — a launch, a trade, a token image, a description — is public. Treat it as permanent.

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging. Uploaded metadata is kept for as long as the token exists on the Interface. Referral associations are kept for as long as rewards can be claimed. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us and we will do what we can. Two honest limits: we cannot alter or erase anything recorded on a public blockchain, and we cannot identify you from an address alone.

You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset your preferences, your locally tracked limit orders, and your acceptance of these documents.

The Interface is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process their data.

We may update this policy. Material changes bump the version, and you will be asked to accept the updated policy before continuing to use the Interface with your wallet.
